What is your favourite meal or comfort food?
“Definitely anything Italian, I can’t go past a good vegetarian pasta loaded with parmesan, or a classic Margherita pizza. Simple, cozy and delicious!”
What is your ideal way to spend a weekend?
“My ideal weekend would be spent with my family, at our local beach, swimming with the kids and watching my husband surf.”
What is your go to coffee or tea order?
“Everyday I start my morning with a small, double shot long black. I really enjoy the ritual of slowing down and enjoying that first cup of the day (I think this one is what makes you happy)”
