Meet Lu
Hi, I’m Lu, a Provisional Psychologist with a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative approach to therapy. I aim to create a space where clients can talk openly, feel understood, and work through challenges without fear of judgement.
I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and strengths-based approaches. I support clients to better understand what they are experiencing, develop practical coping skills, build self-compassion, and find helpful ways to respond to life’s challenges.
My background in workplace wellbeing has shaped the way I understand people’s experiences. I recognise that wellbeing is influenced by many parts of life - relationships, work, family, community, and life circumstances.
I believe our current circumstances do not define where we can go; they simply offer a starting point. My hope is to support clients to reconnect with themselves, recognise their strengths, and take meaningful steps towards the life they want to build.
Outside of therapy, you’ll usually find me at the beach, out in nature, spending time with family and friends, or trying to keep up with my energetic kids!
Standard Session Fee: $110
Lu is currently a Provisional Psychologist meaning she isn’t eligible for the Medicare rebate just yet. Feel free to ask our admin staff more about this when booking.

This quote really resonates with me because I believe feeling safe, seen, and understood is often where meaningful change begins.
What is your ideal weekend?
Ocean swims, nature walks, time with family and friends, good coffee, and hopefully a quiet moment with a good book or podcast!
