Meet Mark
I’m Mark, a psychologist who takes a holistic biopsychosocial approach, combining practical strategies and evidence-based cognitive techniques to help people navigate depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, and habit change. I also support athletes, musicians, and performers in strengthening their mental skills and enhancing performance.
As a Christian, I offer faith based therapy for those seeking spiritual guidance alongside psychological support. I also provide couples therapy, NDIS assistance, self-care workshops, and other evidence-based mental health services.
In sport psychology, I work with athletes, coaches, and teams through tailored workshops and one-on-one sessions focused on goal setting, emotional regulation, training optimisation, and managing setbacks. I also collaborate with clubs and organisations to build positive, performance enhancing environments.
Whether you’re seeking personal support or wanting to elevate your performance, my goal is to walk alongside you with practical tools, resilience building strategies, and a sense of purpose.
